the cockroach was in d x-ray

A man went to a hospital to see a doctor because he was having serious chest pain,he was then x-rayed and the doctor told him that he has a life cockroach in his cheat and he needed an operation which was very costly so he sold his house took a loan from d bank and borrowed from his friends.
He den traveled to India for the operation but on reaching there he was told that he only had chest pain that the cockroach was in d x-ray
